General Growth Management, Inc. (“GGMI”, "we", "us", or "our") has created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. What Information Do We Collect?

• We also may collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill a gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

How Do We Use Your Information?

Protecting Your Information

All credit card information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted (scrambled) into our databases to be accessed only as stated above.

Please do not send your credit card or financial information to us via email as that is not a secure method of transferring data.

How Can You Opt-Out, Remove Or Modify Information You Have Provided To Us?

You may opt out of receiving emails from us at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism within the email. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our Site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Third Party Links

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our Site. These linked Web sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content of these linked sites or your activity on these sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our Site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

Kids and Parents

The Sites covered by this Policy are not intended for use by children under age 13. No one under age 13 is allowed to use or access the Site or to provide any personal information.

Changes To Our Policy

Please note that from time to time we may review and modify our Policy. As your visits to the Site will be subject to the Policy in effect at the time of your visit, please review the Policy regularly to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. This Policy applies to information collected through the above-referenced Sites only and not to information collected offline. References made to GGMI in this Policy concern the services we provide on the above-mentioned Site only and not other services provided by GGMI.
