General Growth Management, Inc. (“GGMI”, "we", "us", or "our") has created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our websites:  <Business.GGPgiftcard.com> and <YourWayOfSaying.com> (“Site” or “Sites’).

What Information Do We Collect?

  • We collect information from you when you place an order, register, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as email, or participate in another Site feature.
  • When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information.
  • We also may collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill a gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.
  • Like many websites, we use "cookies" to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our Sites (please see details below).

How Do We Use Your Information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, visit a Site, or use certain other Site features in the following ways:

Protecting Your Information

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All credit card information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted (scrambled) into our databases to be accessed only as stated above.

Please do not send your credit card or financial information to us via email as that is not a secure method of transferring data.

Use of "Cookies"

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. The term "outside parties" does not include GGMI, General Growth Properties, Inc., its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and companies that own properties managed by GGMI. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our Site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.

How Can You Opt-Out, Remove Or Modify Information You Have Provided To Us?

You may opt out of receiving emails from us at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism within the email. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our Site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Third Party Links

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our Site. These linked Web sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content of these linked sites or your activity on these sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our Site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

Kids and Parents

The Sites covered by this Policy are not intended for use by children under age 13. No one under age 13 is allowed to use or access the Site or to provide any personal information.

Changes To Our Policy

Please note that from time to time we may review and modify our Policy. As your visits to the Site will be subject to the Policy in effect at the time of your visit, please review the Policy regularly to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. This Policy Only

This Policy applies to information collected through the above-referenced Sites only and not to information collected offline. References made to GGMI in this Policy concern the services we provide on the above-mentioned Site only and not other services provided by GGMI.

Passwords

If we issue you a password, you must protect that password by not disclosing it. Users may not share their password with other parties. Security Statement

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from unauthorized access and use. Do not use email to send us any PII, since it would be unencrypted and can be read by anyone who receives or intercepts it.
